- All the materials used in construction of the eurodomes family are naturally corrosion resistant or treated to withstand highly corrosive materials. The design of the eurodome family of domes allow the majority to be built directly on an asphalt or concrete base, prepared to withstand planned axle or material pile loads, whichever is higher. The environmentally friendly eurodome family of domes, contain stored materials on the inside and do not allow leaching or run-off, thereby preventing contamination. Selection of the appropriate colour of roofing shingle will further enhance the domes harmony with the environment. Construction of the eurodome family of domes generally costs 30% less than construction of other structures used for the same purpose. Maintenance costs are almost non-existent, and the user will enjoy savings for the next 30 or more years.
Conveyor Loading:
All the eurodome family of domes can be adapted to accept side or top loading conveying equipment as per client requirements.

All the eurodome family of domes can have large entrance canopies, as many as needed, which allow tipping vehicles to drive right inside. Its vast, clear span and unobstructed interior ensure ease of loading and unloading operations. All storage space is usable with no corners to trap material. The Dome’s design shape gives a perfect fit for bulk material storage while built-in ventilators, together with the timber roof, prevent condensation.
An All-Weather Building:
The eurodome family of domes are built to withstand the most extreme weather conditions. The structure is designed for ground snow loads in excess of 2kN/m2 and the highest wind speeds in the UK as defined by BS 6399: Part 2: 1995. Concrete for construction of the retaining wall is specified as BS 8110: Part 1: 1985 C50 grade.
The eurodome family of domes have LANTAC approval, and meet all European norms and standards.
